Fill the above APPLICATION FORM, which is in MS Word format for the Stream you have chosen for the Academic Year 2020-21.
Complete/submit the Application Form with your Photo affixed on your form to: jcadmissions@stmaryskalina.org along with the documents shown below as Attachments duly SCANNED in PDF format.
- School Leaving Certificate.
- SSC Marksheet.
- Baptism Certificate (Catholics only).
- Aadhar Card.
- Photo (Passport size).
Under Minority Quota 50% seats are reserved for Catholic Minority in our Junior College. Minority students are advised to apply in BOTH the Open and Minority categories. No admission shall be regarded as duly granted under Minority Quota unless it is granted by the authority of the Principal.
List of eligible students (who have applied online) will be declared at Junior College level and admissions will be given purely on Merit/Marks basis.
Students who have been allotted seats in our Junior College in the Minority category will be informed over Phone/SMS/Email to fill the ADMISSION FORM which is in MS Word format and submit to: jcadmissions@stmaryskalina.org and to pay the Junior College fees on the Online Payment Gateway to confirm her/his Admission.
20-21 SCIENCE & COMMERCE – Admission Form
A student once admitted she/he shall be liable to pay the fees for the whole year and will be considered as duly enrolled for the Academic Year 2020-2021.

GENERAL CATEGORY ADMISSION – FYJC
Admission to the GENERAL CATEGORY ADMISSION – FYJC for Science & Commerce Stream will be ONLY as per the Online System introduced by the Government of Maharashtra/Deputy Director of Education, Greater Mumbai.
Students are expected to visit the Government site. http://mumbai.11thadmission.net and apply online.
Students who have been allotted seats in our Junior College in the General category by the Online process of the Government will have to fill the APPLICATION FORM & ADMISSION FORM which is in MS Word format for the Stream at https://stmaryskalina.org/jr-college-admissions/

Students will take a print out of the application form accordingly for science and commerce stream. Take a print out of admission form. Both these forms will be filled and submitted along with other documents.

ELIGIBILITY FOR STUDENTS FROM OTHE BOARDS
(For candidates coming from I.C.S.E., C.B.S.E., Other Boards/States and Foreign Boards):
Students who have been allotted seats in the FYJC Science & Commerce Stream in our Junior College will have to follow the procedure laid down in GENERAL CATEGORY ADMISSION – FYJC.
Besides the above the Students are required to submit the below documents to: jcadmissions@stmaryskalina.org as Attachments duly SCANNED in PDF format.
A duly filled Application Form for Provisional Eligibility. The form is available at the H.S.C. Board Office.

- An attested copy of the Marksheet of the last examination passed.
- An attested copy of Passing Certificate of last examination passed.
- Original Migration Certificate.
Students passing ICSE / CBSE / OTHER BOARDS are additionally required to submit the following:
- Original and an attested photocopy of School Leaving Certificate countersigned by the respective Educational Inspector / Education Officer before securing admission to F.Y.J.C.
- The ‘DEED OF UNDERTAKING’ on stamped paper of Rs.100/- signed by the candidate and parent/guardian. (The draft copy is available with the Application Form).
- Candidates passing Class X CBSE are required to submit the Board Examination Hall Ticket.
NOTE: Admission to FYJC Stream in the Junior College will be granted only on submission of the above information.
